This policy explains what personal data Archid Group collects through archidgroup.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We collect as little as we can and use it only to respond to you.
1. Who we are
Archid Group (“Archid”, “we”, “us”) is a group of companies headquartered at Archid Central, 316, District Center, Chandrasekharpur, Bhubaneswar, Odisha 751016, India. This website is owned and operated, on behalf of Archid Group, by Archid Builders Private Limited (CIN U45201OR2009PTC011159). For the purposes of India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, Archid Builders Private Limited is the data fiduciary for the personal data described here.
2. What we collect
We only collect what you choose to give us, through two forms:
- Register interest: your name, email address, phone number, organisation (optional), the kind of visitor you are (for example investor, client or job seeker), the Archid companies you are interested in, and any message you write.
- Careers application: your name, phone number, email address, the company and role you are applying for, and the CV you upload, including whatever personal details it contains.
If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics also records how the site is used: pages viewed, approximate location (city or country), device and browser type, and how you arrived. This is not used to identify you. If you decline, none of this is collected.
3. How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and connect you with the right Archid company.
- To consider your job application for roles in Bhubaneswar or at our farm in Ranpur, Nayagarh, and contact you about it.
- With your consent, to understand which parts of the site are useful and improve it.
- To meet legal obligations, if any apply.
We rely on your consent, which you give by submitting a form or accepting cookies. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
4. Who we share it with
- Archid companies: your enquiry or application is shared only with the Archid companies relevant to it.
- Service providers who help us run the site: FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which delivers form submissions to our inbox; Google (Gmail and, if you consent, Google Analytics); and our hosting provider, Hostinger. They process data on our behalf, and some of them may store it outside India.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
5. How long we keep it
- Enquiries: for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and no longer than 24 months.
- Job applications and CVs: up to 12 months, so we can consider you for other suitable roles, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
- Analytics data: Google Analytics keeps it for up to 14 months.
6. Cookies and analytics
On your first visit we ask you to accept our Terms of Use, this Privacy Policy and the use of Google Analytics cookies (named _ga and _ga_*) before continuing. Google Analytics does not load until you click Accept & continue. We remember your choice in your browser’s local storage so we do not ask on every visit.
You can switch analytics off at any time through Cookie settings (choose “Turn analytics off”), or by clearing this site’s data in your browser. The rest of the site keeps working either way.
7. Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can:
- ask what personal data we hold about you and how it is used;
- ask us to correct, complete or update it;
- ask us to erase it, and withdraw your consent at any time (this does not affect anything done before);
- nominate someone to exercise these rights for you;
- raise a grievance with us, and then with the Data Protection Board of India if it is not resolved.
Write to us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable time, and in any case within the time the law requires.
8. Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Submissions go straight to our email inbox, and only the people who need to read them can access them. No method of sending data over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable care to protect what you share.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our site or the law changes. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
